My journey with skincare began long before Ahadi Botanikah existed. As a teenager in Kenya, I struggled with constant breakouts that affected my confidence and my sense of self. A dermatologist eventually placed me on long term medication. It worked, but only as long as I stayed on it. I was told it would be a lifelong commitment.

When I moved from Kenya to the UK, everything changed again. The cold climate, the water, and the stress made my skin even more reactive. I developed dryness, sensitivity, and hyperpigmentation. After giving birth to my first child, these issues intensified. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and searching for something gentle that could help me heal.

I tried to find organic products that were safe and effective, but the ones I trusted were far too expensive. The ones I could afford were not truly organic or natural. I felt caught between what I needed and what I could access.

The turning point came when I developed seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp after becoming a mother. I was prescribed medication that I did not feel comfortable using long term. I was desperate for relief, but I also wanted something I could trust. Something I felt safe using on myself and my family.

That was the moment a quiet but powerful thought came to me. What if I learned to create the solution myself?

I enrolled in a course to study organic formulation, and that is when the seed of Ahadi Botanikah was planted. The name carries deep meaning. It is named after my daughter, Ahadi. This brand is my love letter to her. A legacy she will one day read and understand. A reminder that her mother built something with her hands, her heart, and her hope for the future.

Every product I create begins with organic ingredients first and natural botanicals always. I formulate with intention, test everything on myself and my family, and refuse to compromise on safety or integrity. If I would not use it on my family, it will never reach your home.

But Ahadi Botanikah is more than skincare. It is a commitment.

A commitment to quality, because our skin deserves care that truly works. A commitment to affordability, because everyone deserves access to safe, organic care without feeling financially excluded. Wellness should not be a privilege. It should be accessible, honest, and rooted in compassion. My goal is to create products that honour nature, respect the skin, and remain within reach for everyday families. A commitment to empowerment, because I come from a humble background where education was a privilege made possible only through the kindness of others. I carry that gratitude with me, and I am determined to give back. To uplift small scale producers. To support communities. To help children from disadvantaged backgrounds access education and opportunity.

Ahadi Botanikah is my story of struggle, learning, healing, and hope. But it is also an invitation.
